Jazz re:freshed book, general requests
As some of you may or may not know (of course you do), this year marks the 10th year of Jazz re:freshed as a live weekly music residency and for the rest of the year, we will be marking this milestone with a number of special events and projects. One of the bigger projects we are undertaking is a Jazz re:freshed book, filled with the history, stories, memories, photographs, artwork, etc. In addition to content provided by the Jazz re:freshed team, we’d like contributions from you, the Jazz re:freshed faithful. In particular, we want your photographs, memories, anecdotes and qoutes, as we think it is vital to include our patron’s perspectives when documenting our history.
We’ll be choosing the best content submitted and can’t promise that every submission will successfully make it into the book, however it is important to us that we include contributions from those who have supported us over the years.
The deadline for submissions is May 30th 2013 and you can send your contributions to art@jazzrefreshed.com
Also, can I ask that if you are submitting photographs, please only send up to 10 images and make sure the files have your name on it – if we use your photograph, you will be fully and adequately credited.
