London based multi-instrumentalist, beatmaker and producer Wonky Logic started out at the age of 11 on his mum’s computer making his journey onwards from Leeds College of Music to collaborating and performing with Shabaka Hutchings, Kamasi Washington, Nightmares on Wax, John Carrol Kirby, Corey Fonville and Nubya Garcia.
He became a founding member of Steam Down, plays synth bass with afro-futurist collective Onipa, leads the musical direction for ‘low-key R&B legend’ Eddie Chacon’s European tour and has written for the likes of Celeste and little Simz, Nala Sinephro. Having won two Jazz FM awards, multiple plays on Gilles Peterson’s BBC Radio 6 show and Worldwide FM, debut album and at the forefront of the new UK Jazz scene – Wonky Logic is establishing himself as one of the more rebellious producers in the scene.
